Sandra, approaches every new challenge with the attitude of an over-comer. Seeking to improve herself and her surroundings, is a skill that continues to make itself known in obvious ways. A consummate professional, Sandra, gave 21 years of her life to Donohue & Associates, a remarkable accomplishment in and of itself. Sandra witnessed the highs and lows, good times and bad within the Engineering industry.
Proven loyalty, responsibility and longevity through multiple career changes have shown Sandra to be a highly valued asset in every position she's held. Determined to be the best she could be, Sandra approached her role as Field Inspector, with energy and excitement, that would soon catch the attention of her superiors. Rising to the top in this area of application, was noticed and appreciated, leading to a vertical promotion into the more technically demanding Mapping Department. This would stretch Sandra, to further refine and develop her management and interpersonal skills as affecting the principles of team building and creating a cooperative working environment. Both very crucial abilities in the business community!
Years of change and fluctuation, were lessons in personal flexibility and adjustment. Knowing that change in everything is inevitable. Opportunities for career changes presented themselves more than likely NOT at the most convenient times, but being the WINNER that she is Sandra rolled with the punches, learned from the experiences and developed the ability to land on her feet. After experiencing the joys of downsizing and having her position eliminated, doors opened at the Sheboygan Water facility, where for eight years, Sandra, served in the position of Engineering Technician, and began the development of their GIS (Geographic Information System).
It’s amazing how personal professional characteristics impact our circle of influence, and how the simple act of having passing conversations can impact our lives for the better. This is exactly what happened to Sandra. When people prove themselves professional, efficient and invaluable to employers, clients and community, it seems opportunity has a way of finding them!
Like many, Sandra’s circle of friends included women from all walks of life, each with their own interests and skills. In 2000 Sandra developed a friendship with her neighbor Kathy. Interest’s not confined to small talk, but evolving into a relationship that would soon take on a life changing dynamic!! In 2003 Kathy introduced Sandra to the benefits of a new, natural skin care product line called L’BRI Pure and Natural.
In time, the connection that began with the exchange of L’BRI Skin Care Products would lead to Sandra becoming one of, if not the area’s TOP Promoters!!
If there is one thing more important to today’s women, than children & husbands(if they are part of the equation), it is their health & appearance. Sandra understands the benefits of healthy living and good health in general, so L’BRI was a perfect fit!!
Sandra, has now decided to take the next step, in her career with L’BRI. Already managing a sizable direct marketing business, the attractiveness of enhancing her experience by building and managing TEAMS, into a Marketing Force to be reckoned with, is a desire born of necessity!
